15 Things your Moving Inventory should have:
1. A detailed and clean listing of your goods
2. Itemized count of your goods with special inventory stickers with continually count of numbers and color to indentify your goods
3. Remarks of PBO or PBC on your inventory - to identify who packed your shipment the owner of goods or company
4. Clear and understandable hand writing
5. Description of items packed in boxes/ blankets/ or wrapped furniture
6. Listing of items picked up in house such as kids room, basement, dining room, etc.
7. Remaking on the inventory is items are damaged or new
8. The serial # & the Color of the inventory sticker
9. The number of inventory pages that were listed in home at pick up
10. All your contact info
11. Your name and file number / control #
12. Your address of pick up and city / country of destination
13. Final # of PCS picked up from your home
14. The date of pick up
15. The signature of both owner and company at the bottom of the inventory document
